Electrical Services Division.

Based in Nottingham and Birmingham, this division employs 14 head office staff (Engineers, Designers, Trainees) and over 70 operatives (foremen, electricians, apprentices) on sites throughout the UK. These all work on contracts for industrial/commercial buildings, prisons, hotels, and Ministry of Defence. Turnover is over £20M pa.

Mechanical Services Division.

Based in Nottingham and Birmingham, this division employs 20 head office staff (Engineers, Designers, Trainees) and over 70 operatives (foremen, HVAC pipefitters, plumbers, apprentices) on sites throughout the UK. These all work on contracts for industrial/commercial buildings, prisons, hotels, and Ministry of Defence. Turnover is over £20M pa.

Property Care Division.

Based in Nottingham and Cambridge, employing 14 office staff and over 50 operatives (foremen, builders, plumbers/gas engineers, electricians, joiners, apprentices). Their work includes refurbishment, repair, servicing and maintenance of thousands of domestic houses and nursing homes under contracts with local authorities and housing associations. A very visible division to the public as most operatives are continually mobile in vans covering the East Midlands, the Chilterns and East Anglia. Turnover is approximately £5M pa.

Central Services.

In Nottingham Head Office, there are 25 staff providing central support to the above operational divisions, including departments for finance, health & safety, human resources, transport, estimating, business development, and CAD/IT.
