Training Policy
The Company training policy is to encourage and promote personal learning and development providing that it is mutually beneficial to both the individual and the needs of the business. This includes development with regards to qualifications and experience applicable to the individual as identified through the Company appraisal system.
As a business we are totally committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of health and safety by employing and training a skilled and competent workforce.
All our employees have the relevant skills/competency certification applicable to their discipline and activities they perform on site. This includes general Health & Safety awareness and areas such as first aid etc

- Directors / Managers / Engineers / SupervisorsJIB, PMES, CSCS affiliated cards
- Gas EngineersCorgi card holders, JIB-PMES, CSCS affiliated cards.
- PlumbersJIB, PMES, CSCS affiliated cards.
- FittersEngineering services skill card, CSCS affiliated cards.
- ElectriciansJIB - electro technical CSCS affiliated cards.
- Building Maintenance OperativesJIB - electro technical CSCS affiliated cards.
- Plant/ equipmentRelevant operatives have appropriate certification for MEWP, Operators and Rough Terrain, Forklifts, Abrasive Wheels, PASMA (mobile Users towers) etc.
- Sub - contractorsAll sub contractors are made aware of the need to hold the relevant skill card for their individual discipline and the industry and trade association deadlines. This is monitored prior to commencing their package of work.
