Summary

The mechanical services include the supply and installation of two gas fired boilers feeding a pressurised LTHW heating system. Also installed are mains tank and boosted cold water distribution, domestic hot water services and gas distribution. 12 air-handling units, supplying air conditioning to all the public areas, compliment this; temperature controlled via a trend BMS. 6 fan coil units supply the management suite with heating and cooling via a heat pump outdoor condensing unit.

The electrical services installation includes LV distribution, a complete lighting, and emergency lighting and fire alarm installation. Compartment trunking for future data and telecom services and also specialist supply of an audio-visual system and CCTV. External works included a complete lighting installation and an interfaced CCTV system.
