Summary
The mechanical & plumbing services to the exclusive secure entry apartments included design, supply and installation of a boosted cold water service with a storage tank & booster set positioned within a services room in the ground level car park.
All hot and cold services were mains fed. The hot water system incorporated an individual unvented HW cylinder. The ventilation system included for extract fans from bath / shower rooms & kitchen canopies. Top quality sanitary ware was installed in luxurious bathrooms.
The electrical services installation includes LV distribution, a complete lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and intruder alarm installation. Specialist sky television and digital radio system and access control system. External works include a landscaped lighting design.
