Objectives are established at various function levels in the business. These objectives are reviewed at management system review meetings, to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
Achievements of our objectives are attained by carrying out the activity effectively and efficiently by communication, availability of resources and review of our performance. This is monitored by audits, inspections and feedback from our clients and employees to ensure continuous improvement takes place in our system to meet and exceed our own and our clients' requirements.
