The decentralisation of the existing LPHW and steam systems and the construction and installation of 25 new plant rooms.

Supply and installation of the new plant and equipment to provide the LPHW services and hot and cold water services to the existing buildings. Each plant room also included the builders work, electrical lighting and power and the BMS control systems linked to the site-wide LAN and control PC / server.

Supply and installation of new heating systems in five buildings comprising of radiators, fan convectors and gas radiant heaters.

The supply and installation of the site-wide gas supply to the new plant rooms complete with all gas meters, solenoid valves and governors.
