Supply, installation and commissioning of gas fired LPHW, chilled water, hot and cold water services, demineralised water, compressed air, natural gas, laboratory gas, dry risers, general supply and extract ventilation, VAV air-conditioning, fan coil air-conditioning, fume cupboard extract, smoke extract, CATIII room air-conditioning with full BMS system to a new four-storey laboratory block.

Supply installation and commissioning of all internal laboratory drainage, sanitary ware, soil and vent and rainwater systems.

Electrical services include: HV supply, LV distribution, general lighting, general LV power, emergency lighting, data transmission, fire detection and alarm, earthing and bonding, lightning protection, control / monitoring.
