- Continue to review and develop existing procedures for recruitment, selection, training and development.
- Ensure procedures for dealing with grievances about unfair discrimination and harassment are implemented.
- Take advantage of any opportunity for using lawful positive action.
All employees are responsible for playing a part in achieving the objectives of the company's equal opportunities policy and contributing their support alongside senior management.
The overall responsibility for monitoring the effectiveness of this policy is placed upon the managing director and the senior management team.
