Summary

The mechanical services compromised the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the complete works including: mechanical ventilation services, L.T.H.W. heating services, hot water services, cold water services, internal waste & drainage services, sanitary ware and rainwater services.

The associated electrical works comprise the installation, connection, testing, commissioning and setting to work of the complete electrical services installation as follows: low voltage switchgear and distribution, lighting installation, emergency lighting installation, general power installation, electrical work in connection with mechanical services, fire detection and alarm system, lift installation, containment for TV, telephone, data and video matrix and CCTV security system.
