F.G. Skerritt Ltd. holds various information on the individuals in its employment. This information is in various formats for the following purposes:

  • Training Records
  • Payroll/Wages Records
  • Personnel Records

The information is only processed for staff administration. It is held securely and is available for the individual's review on request to the managing director.

The information is held in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the following principles:

  • It is fairly and lawfully processed
  • Processed for the limited purposes stated above
  • It is adequate and relevant for our needs and is not excessive
  • It is accurate
  • It is not kept for longer than is necessary
  • It is processed in accordance with our employee's rights
  • It is held securely and only accessed by authorised personnel
  • It is not transferred to other parties.
