The first phase in the decentralisation of the existing MTHW system, which consisted of the construction and installation of 3 boiler houses
Supply and installation of the new plant and equipment to provide the LPHW service to the existing buildings. Each plant room includes new boilers, pumps & pressurisation units. Electrical lighting, power and BMS control systems and \"monodraught\" flue systems.
The supply and installation of pre-installed heating mains. The supply and installation of fully bunded oil storage tanks complete with meters, solenoid valves and gauges.
