Summary

To supply and install new mechanical and electrical services to the new sports hall and associated facilities extension building to Ashbourne Leisure Centre.

The mechanical services works was to supply and install and commissioning of LPHW heating system comprising of three humber new gas fired condensing boilers which supplied a constant temperature (LPHW) to roof mounted air handling units & ventilation heating coils and to a variable temperature LPHW system. To wall mounted steel panel radiators throughout the building plus domestic hot & cold water services, mechanical supply and extract ventilation, natural gas services, BMS control system, mains cold water services and incoming utilities.

The electrical services installation includes lighting, small power, fire alarm, intruder alarm and public address system.
